We are committed to a philosophy of regional excellence and minimum intervention. This means that we fully explore the unique flavours and character of grapes from the district, the concept described by the French as 'terroir' – and doing so by letting the grapes "speak for themselves." We specialise in small batch winemaking with a strong committment to developing a range of organic, no added preservative wines (NAP). In our organically certified winery, chemical enhancements are avoided by making the wine in small discrete batches.
Most of the grapes for our premium wines are handpicked - sorted - approved organic - and inspected by local experts.
